44 Bodyweight exercise to try out

There are plenty of exercise that can be done without ever having to go the gym, with the rise of calisthenics and Cross fit, the traditional days of going to the gym to lose weight or gain muscle are over. BW44 emphasizes the use of your body weight  as the primary means to improving your fitness and can be practiced from a beginner to  more intermediate fitness enthusiasts.  Most of the exercise seen in this video can be mastered in the privacy of your own home.
